THE SOULE DOMAIN

Our rustic Tahoe log cabin is the perfect setting for your special event. Whether you’re looking for an exquisite wedding reception, an impressive business function, or just a great employee party, we promise to make it memorable.

We can accommodate up to 44 guests at the Soule Domain, but we’re small enough to provide an intimate setting to make everyone in your party feel included.

We will work with you to plan the menu, decor, music, and any other details you want to have just right for a party to remember. We’ve been doing this for a while now, and we’d love to have the opportunity to make your special event just a bit more special!

Maximum Party Size

The Soule Domain can seat approximately 44 people total — 24 people on (main level) and 17 people on upper level and 3 people on mid level.

Times Available

We prefer large groups to come in at 5:00 pm or at 8:30 pm, if that’s not possible we can make other arrangements for additional fees. We are flexible with the timing when possible.

Pricing

We charge menu prices for our products, sometimes we need to add a room fee.  The Soule Domain can customize a menu for your special event, from simple to creative.

What & How it’s Done

We encourage sharing of multiple appetizers or salads that have been pre-selected to start off the event, or your party can have their choice of starters.
We prefer to select a variety of entrees: 2 fish entrees, 2 meat entrees, 2 poultry entrees, Vegetarian entrees … or maybe a linguine with shrimp.  You can cover all the bases, and let each person choose one.

Desserts

I recommend selecting your favorites and sending out a variety, about one for every other person, but its up to your discretion.  Make sure you check our nightly additions when perusing the menu.

Drinks

We like you to pick out your wines/beverages ahead of time so we can start pouring drinks as soon as people arrive, or when they sit down.

Please feel free to contact us with any questions by filling out out Reservation Request form.  We will need to talk on the phone at 530.546.7529 to finalize the reservation with a credit card # to hold the space, our cancellation policy is 7 days before the event.

Please note that this form simply submits a request and does not serve as a reservation. Our staff will call you back with availability and to confirm your reservation after 3pm. Any emails submitted after 3pm will be returned the following day. Parties of 5 or more will be required to provide credit card information with host upon confirmation.
